Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we do. We accept HP Nevada Medicaid, Eyemed, as well as Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (Medicaid Only).

We are currently only accepting HP Nevada Medicaid, Eyemed, and Silver Summit for eye exams.

Do you do Eye Exams?

Currently, Dr. Toan Ha is doing eye exams (by appointment only) Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

When are you open?

Current office hours are:

Tuesday thru Friday - 11:00am - 6:00pm.

How long will it take to get my glasses?

Normal lead time is approximately 14 days.

Can I select an item not covered by my insurance, and pay the difference?

Of course! However, you are responsible for any overages not covered by your insurance.

How long is my prescription good for?

Most prescriptions are valid for one to two years depending on your Doctor, and type of prescription.

Do I need an appointment?

If you have already seen your eye doctor, and have a valid prescription (only need to pick out glasses), you do not need an appointment.

What do I need to bring with me?

Bring your paper prescription (if you've already had an eye exam) and a current copy of your insurance card with you when coming to select glasses.

It is mandatory that we make a current copy of the state-issued insurance card prior to the final dispensing of your glasses.
