Do you accept insurance?

Yes we do. We accept HP Nevada Medicaid, Eyemed, Amerigroup, Davis Vision, and are out of network providers for Vision Service Plan (VSP) for frames and lenses.

We are currently only accepting HP Nevada Medicaid, Eyemed, Silver Summit for eye exams.

Do you do Eye Exams?

Absolutely! Currently Dr. Toan Ha is doing eye exams (by appointment only) Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 10:30am to 5:30pm.

When are you open?

Office hours are Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 6pm, and Saturday, 10am - 2pm

How long will it take to get my glasses?

Normal lead time is approximately 10-14 days.

Can I select an item not covered by my insurance, and pay the difference?

Absolutely! However, you are responsible for any overages not covered by your insurance.

How long is my prescription good for?

Most prescriptions are valid for one to two years depending on your Doctor, and type of prescription.

Do I need an appointment?

If you have already seen your eye doctor, and have a valid prescription (only need to pick out glasses), you do not need an appointment.
